How to upload documents to publish your listing

Upload your documents on the document page at reelzy.co/document-verification?as=captain. Your listing becomes visible to guests once every document you uploaded is approved by our team, and a Government ID alone is enough for that.

Steps

1. Sign in to your Reelzy account.
2. Open reelzy.co/document-verification?as=captain. This link shows every captain document type, even before you have a listing.
3. Take a photo or scan of each document and upload it to its section: Government ID, Captain’s Licence, Insurance Policy, Boat Registration Certificate, Charter Fishing or Business License, or the section for any other document. JPG, PNG and PDF files work.
4. Submit the documents you have now and add the rest later.
5. Go back to your listing and publish it. If a document is still being checked, you will see Documents Under Review: the listing is saved, and it becomes visible automatically once the documents are approved. We email you when the review is complete.

Which documents you need

• To publish a listing: at least one document, and all uploaded documents approved. A Government ID (passport or driver’s licence of the business host) is enough.
• To appear in search and add a payout method: a Government ID plus one more approved document, such as the Captain’s Licence or Insurance Policy.
• A document you upload later has to be approved too before a listing can be published again.

Common issues

“I only see Government ID on the page.” Your account has no listing yet, so the page asks only for the Government ID. Use the link above: it shows every captain document type.

“Documents Required” when I click Publish. You have not uploaded any document yet. Use the Upload documents link in that message.

“Can I send my documents in the chat?” No. For your privacy, documents are uploaded only on the secure document page above, never in the support chat.
