How to add a payout method

You add a payout method on the Payments page, in the Payout Methods tab. This is how Reelzy knows where to send the money for your trips.

Before you start

• Payments is in the account menu at the top right once your account has a listing or approved captain documents. See Where to find your captain and guest pages.
• Your account needs to be verified first. If it is not, Add new shows “Your account needs to be verified before you can add a payout method.” Click Verify Now and upload your documents. See How to upload documents to publish your listing.

Steps

1. Open Payments in the account menu, or go to reelzy.co/user/payout.
2. Open the Payout Methods tab and click Add new.
3. Pick a method and click Continue. The list depends on your country:
   • PayPal: you need an existing PayPal account. Enter your PayPal email and currency.
   • Stripe: connect your bank account securely via Stripe. Offered in countries that Stripe Connect supports.
   • USDT (Tether): enter your own wallet address on the TRC20 network. See How to receive payments in USDT.
   • Bank transfer: offered where Stripe is not available. Enter the account holder name, account number or IBAN, routing, sort code or BIC, and currency.
4. Fill in the form and click Finish.

Status and default method

• Each method shows a status. PayPal, Stripe and USDT show Ready or Not ready. A bank account shows Pending Approval until the Reelzy team checks it, then Approved or Rejected.
• Payouts go to your Default method. To change it, open the menu on a ready or approved method and choose Set as default. You can remove a method that is not the default with Remove.
• The Pending and Completed tabs on the same page show your payouts for each booking.
