Where to find your captain and guest pages

One Reelzy account both books trips and runs a charter. The Guest / Business switch no longer exists, so there is nothing to switch: your captain pages appear on their own once your account has a listing or approved captain documents.

The account menu

Open the account menu at the top right. On a phone, open the menu button.

• Everyone: Profile, Inbox, Trips, Reviews and Wishlist, then Referral Program and Help.
• An account with a listing: also Catch Reports, Listings, Reservations, Boat reviews and Payments.
• An account without a listing: List your boat instead.

Next to the menu, the header shows Captain dashboard to captains and List your boat to everyone else. reelzy.co/dashboard opens your listings if you are a captain, and your trips if you are not.

The tabs of your account pages

• Captains: Profile, Inbox and Reviews, then As a captain (Listings, Reservations, Catch Reports, Payments) and As a guest (Trips, Wishlist).
• Without a listing: Profile, Inbox, Trips, Wishlist, Reviews and Referral Program.

Reviews

A captain’s Reviews tab opens the reviews of your boats, where you also review your guests. Pick As a guest at the top of that page for the reviews of your own trips. Without a listing, Reviews opens reelzy.co/user/reviews directly.

Captain documents

reelzy.co/document-verification?as=captain lists every captain document type. With a listing, reelzy.co/document-verification shows the same list. Without one, that page asks only for the Government ID.

Starting a new listing

Open Add new listing. Nothing needs switching first. See also How to add your charter listing and How to upload documents to publish your listing.
