• Legal operation: when listing, every captain confirms that they run a legal charter with the licences and permits their country requires, and that they can show proof on request.
• Money: you pay through Reelzy; the captain is paid after the trip, and we mediate if something goes wrong.

We do not inspect boats, insurance or safety equipment: these are the captain’s responsibility under local law. Ask your captain in the chat before you book; reputable operators are happy to show their papers.
