Sailfish charters by country
A sailfish is a slim billfish of warm open water, usually near the surface along current edges, where a group of them will herd baitfish into a tight ball and slash through it with their bills. Hooked, it jumps and tail-walks across the surface, and it tires sooner than a marlin, which makes it a good first billfish on lighter tackle. It is not much prized for the table, and most are released.

How does kite fishing for sailfish work off Palm Beach?
