How to delete your Reelzy account

You can delete your Reelzy account yourself from your profile settings. Open Edit profile (your name in the top right menu), scroll to Delete my account, press the button and confirm.

What happens next:

• Your listings go offline at once and you are signed out.
• We send you an e-mail with the date your account is deleted.
• Until that date you can change your mind: sign in, open Edit profile and press Cancel deletion. Your account and listings come back as drafts; publish them again from Manage trips.

What is deleted on that date:

• your identity and licence documents uploaded for verification
• your listings with their photos, trips and reviews
• your payout details, sign-in records and wish lists
• your name, photo, phone and other profile details

Records of past bookings and payments stay in our accounting as the law requires, without your personal details.

To remove only a document and keep the account, open Trust and Verification and press the cross next to the document.

If you have paid bookings coming up, as a captain or as a guest, the request is refused until the trips are completed or cancelled.
