Reelzy referral programme: invite friends

Updated 20 October 2026

Invite friends who fish. They get £20 off their first trip, and you get £20 of Reelzy credit once they have been fishing. Reelzy pays for both, so the captain always gets their full price.

How it works

  1. Share your link. Open Invite friends in your account and send your link by WhatsApp, Telegram or e-mail, or copy it.
  2. Your friend signs up. They open your link and create an account within 30 days, with e-mail, Google or Facebook. Their account gets £20 of welcome credit.
  3. Your friend books. The welcome credit works on a trip of £150 or more. The payment page applies it by itself, so it comes off what they pay online.
  4. You get credit. 14 days after their trip has taken place, £20 of Reelzy credit is added to your account and we let you know by e-mail.

Using your credit

The payment page applies your credit by itself, without a code, and it comes off what you pay online. It does not cover a security deposit or a balance you pay the captain on the day. If a booking costs less online than your credit, the rest stays for your next booking. Credit is valid for 12 months from the day it is added. If you cancel a booking that used credit and get a full refund, the credit comes back.

Amounts are in pounds sterling. Reelzy shows them in the currency you pick at the top of the page, converted at the day’s rate, and a booking in another currency is converted the same way.

Inviting a captain

If someone you invite lists a boat instead and completes a first paid trip of £150 or more within 180 days of signing up, you get £100. See Referral programme for captains.

Terms

  • Your friend must be new to Reelzy and sign up through your link. One welcome credit per person.
  • Reelzy pays for the welcome credit and your credit, so the captain always gets their full price. Credit has no cash value.
  • Your credit is earned for a trip that took place and was not refunded. Inviting yourself, a second account of yours or someone in your household does not count, and a captain earns no credit for guests on their own boat.
  • Up to 10 rewards per year. We may hold or cancel a reward or a welcome credit that looks like misuse.
  • Please do not post your link on coupon or deal sites or use it in paid ads.
  • Reelzy may change or end the programme. Rewards already earned stay valid.
